My goal is to merge my fiercely caring personality with my love of mechanics and the body, into a career devoted to others. Through physical therapy and health coaching, I am eager to assist you in addressing existing injuries, while also suggesting prophylactic measures to avoid new ones. My view of a successful plan of care includes improvement in quality of life, while avoiding unnecessary time off from the things you enjoy. In group settings, I enjoy teaching yoga and assisting with comfortable and fun movement.
On this website, my hope is that you will find motivation to search for and identify your movement community, as well as learn the tools to stay healthy and enjoy it for as long as you wish.
